HOOOPE Honey

Our Experimental Harvest from Feydom Forest

Harvesting HOOOPE Honey

In Feydom Forest, we’ve started an experiment with bees and Paulownia trees. This year, we collected honey and put it into about 20 jars. We shared these jars with friends and family to try. This batch isn’t for sale—it’s just a test to see how well this idea works and to learn more about working with nature.

About Paulownia Honey

Paulownia honey comes from the flowers of Paulownia trees, also called Empress trees. These trees grow quickly and bloom a lot in spring, giving bees plenty of nectar. The honey is light and has a gentle, flowery taste. It contains antioxidants and minerals that can be good for you.

We’re still caring for Feydom Forest, and while this honey isn’t available yet, it shows what we might do in the future as we keep learning.
